TCP window size issues

You'll find when it doesnt open in the other IE window in your example, its because that one hasnt fully loaded at the time you click on the favorite. Any fix for that ? Not that I know of. And while I'm here the other thing related to window size. Let's say I'm browsing the net and I maximize IE window.

Keeping Window Sizes
I had to reload Windows 98 (regular edition) over my existing version because of errors etc. Before the reload, if I were to manually resize a Window (not maximize) hold control down, pick file close or exit (whatever the word is). Windows would remember the resize I made and always open it to that size.
